Natiunile bogate si sarace au nevoie de o “revolutie a energiei curate” pentru a reduce emisiile de gaze cu efect de sera responsabile pentru incalzirea globala, a reiterat secretarul general al ONU Ban Ki-moon, citat de AFP. “Nu ne putem atinge obiectivul de reducere a saraciei fara sa asiguram acces la energie moderna”, a declarat acesta in cadrul unei conferinte de o zi. |
